European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be applied to all returns. Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement; cancellation is not possible after the order has been shipped. To request a return or cancellation, please visit your account page.

EUへの配送の場合、理由を問わず注文内の最後の商品が配達されてから14日以内であればキャンセル・返品が可能です。商品は未使用・未着用の状態で、タグ付き・元の包装のままである必要があります。領収書または購入証明書もご用意ください。

返送料はお客様のご負担となります。返品手数料として商品価格の15%を申し受けます。キャンセルは注文後1時間以内のみ受け付けており、発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。返品・キャンセルのリクエストはアカウントページから行ってください。
